Not sure which hairstyle to book? Want to confirm if your desired style is achievable for your hair type, length, or condition? Our Hairstyle Inquiry service is designed to help you get clarity before booking. This free inquiry allows you to share photos or videos of your current hair and/or your desired hairstyle so our stylist can assess and advise you accurately. This helps ensure: - The style is suitable for your hair - The correct service is booked - Proper time and pricing are allocated - Expectations are aligned before your appointment HOW IT WORKS: 1. Fill out the inquiry form 2. Upload clear photos or videos of your hair and/or the style you want 3. We will review and respond with recommendations, service suggestions, and next steps THIS SERVICE IS IDEAL FOR: - New clients - Major transformations (locs, braids, extensions, color, etc.) - Clients unsure which service category to choose - Anyone who wants professional guidance before committing PLEASE NOTE: This is not a styling appointment. It is a pre-booking assessment to help you choose the right service with confidence. We will respond via text & email ASAP; we're excited to hear from you!
Cancellation Policy
The basics - Please come with your hair washed and blow dried, no oils or greases - We do not sell or provide hair. - Hair can be found online or at a local store - If your hair is less than 2 inches, we will not be able to service you. - Only females are serviced. If you are a male and still manage to book an appointment, none of your paid amount will be refunded. Deposits - A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will be applied to the total price of the service. - The deposit is deducted from the original price; the remainder will be paid via debit/credit card or cash, on the day of the appointment. - If you cancel, another deposit is required to rebook - If paid in full, canceled touch-up appointments are not refundable Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee of the scheduled service cost. *** Know more about the terms and conditions policies here: www.audreybraidsandlocs.com/terms-conditions ***
