Terms & Conditions
The basics
- Please come with your hair washed and blow dried, no oils or greases
- We do not sell or provide hair.
- Hair can be found online or at a local store
- If your hair is less than 2 inches, we will not be able to service you.
- Only females are serviced. If you are a male and still manage to book an appointment, none of your paid amount will be refunded.
Deposits
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will be applied to the total price of the service.
- The deposit is deducted from the original price; the remainder will be paid via debit/credit card or cash, on the day of the appointment.
- If you cancel, another deposit is required to rebook
- If paid in full, canceled touch-up appointments are not refundable

Late Arrivals
- Please arrive on time for your appointment.
- 10 minutes late fee = $15
- 20 minutes late fee = $20
- If you are more than 20 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service to avoid delays for other clients. In some cases, a late arrival may result in a reduced service time at full price or a cancelation fee.
